Page 1 Consider (02/08)

  • Oxy Mormon: The new one-man show "Confessions of a Mormon Boy" tells the true story of a Mormon man's painful coming out and his eventual foray into working as a high-price escort ("It was like a gay internship."). He looks pretty hunky to me: I wonder if he wears that fun white Mormon underwear when he's turning tricks ... (NYT)

  • Low Pay, High Standards: New York Press Kills Cartoons and the Staff Walks Out / You gotta love their alternative balls ... (Politicker)

  • Call Mitch Gaylord: Wayne Gretzy's wife may very well get an "E! True Hollywood Story" out of this one. (CTV)

Love the "American Anthem" reference! That was one of my favorite movies when I was a kid.

    Haha! on the Mormon boy.

If I had had half a clue, or the ability to express it back then, which as you know too well I did not, I would have suspected quite a few Mormon dudes of just waiting for the right moment to break out of Donny Osmond Smile Prison.

As much as I enjoy my cute podunk town, the bummer of it is not being able to see shows like this. I would LOVE it. I don't see anything about a DVD being planned at his web site, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
