Stephen Colbert is all over the news today for his riveting performance at the White House Correspondents' dinner over the weekend, but in case you missed this when it first aired, Colbert had another great moment when he had Rep. Phil Gingrey of Georgia on his Better Know a District segment last week. Gingrey is completely oblivious to what's going on -- and nearly agrees with Colbert that not only should gays not have the right to marry, but they probably shouldn't have the right to have drivers' licenses either.
