Afternoon Headlights (12/10)

  • Big Love: Merry Christmas from the Romneys. Does someone (or two) suffer from gay face? (Choochville)

  • Tame Tiger: Christopher Dauenhauer, aka "Tiger," the gay go-go dancer linked to dead "hedge fund millionaire" (isn't that redundant") Seth Tobias says there's "no real connection" between him and the kinky money bagger. ("Maybe he saw one of my videos" or "I gave him a lapdance.") If there were, Tiger's "agent" says, "He'd be in Florida, trying to collect his money." I don't doubt that.(NYDY)

  • What a Pill: A French civil servant who claims he was turned gay by his Parkinson's medication has won a lawsuit against against a distributor of drugs containing dopamine. Wasn't the packaging label clear enough? "Side effects may include an acute desire to suck cock, lick balls and bang asses." Give the guy his half-mill. (365Gay)

  • This Is Going to Hurt a Little, Ey: A Canadian man was convicted on Sunday of murdering six women (and is still suspected in 50 other killings). I'm sure he was very polite when it did it though. (NYT)

  • Chelsea Sissy: I loved Kevin Sessums' memoir, "Mississippi Sissy." And now I love his apartment too. Check it out here.

  • Drinking With the Klan: Don't you hate it when a "racist white cop" makes you drink and drive? Vivica A. Fox sure does. (And she was so great on "Curb Your Enthusiasm.") (AP)

  • Big Men on Campus: Congrats to Florida sophomore Tim Tebow for winning the Heisman Trophy. As much as I would have liked to have seen sexy x-offender Colt Brennan win, the young Gator deserved it more. (AP)

  • Flight of Fantasy: Everyone wants to fly -- no parachute required. (NYT)

  • Mixed Message: I guess it depends on your definition of "permitted." (KneeDeepInMud)

  • Say Cheese: A conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol is something many people try to conceal, even from their families. But now the bleary-eyed, disheveled and generally miserable visages of convicted drunken drivers in Arizona, captured in their mug shots, are available to the entire world via a Web site, StopDUIAZ.com. How much is Donnie gonnatarget="_blank" love this for his Mug Shot Money feature? (NYT)

  • Sorry, Joanie: Scott Baio is 46 ... and married. (People)

  • Fresh and Fruity: Leave it to fruit flies to reveal the true cause of gay-dation. (365Gay)

  • More Undies: Andy has the first look at David Beckham's Emporio Armani underwear ad campaign. (Towleroad)

  • Hillbilly Huckster: Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee said Sunday that he will not run from his statement 15 years ago that AIDS patients should have been isolated. His family must be proud. (AP)

In regards to the stopduiaz story... We were driving through Indiana a few weeks ago. I looked up, and saw a billboard with a pic and a name, with the words "Wanted for child molestation" in huge letters. I just wish being "outed" like that would make a difference.
