Culture Lesson

It may not be Tuesday, but I'm feeling awfully Joe.My.God. right now. No, I didn't become a bear over the weekend. But I do have a pair of tickets to Boy George's Aug. 14 show at Terminal 5 to give away to one of my lucky readers!

In his first New York City concert in 10 years, Mr. O'Dowd will be singing "The Hits of Culture Club and Beyond" -- and what a glorious string of hits they were: "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me?," "Time (Clock of the Heart)," "I'll Tumble 4 Ya," "Church of the Poison Mind," "Karma Chameleon," "Miss Me Blind," "It's a Miracle," "The War Song," "Mistake No. 3" and "Move Away" all hit the American Top 40 between 1982 and 1986, making Culture Club one of the most successful bands of the new wave era. More recently, when not imprisoning male hookers or calling the cops on himself when he has 1,000 pounds of cocaine in his own apartment, George has made headlines as the writer and star of Broadway's highly underrated "Taboo" and as one of New York's most glamorous street sweepers -- ever.

So, the first person to e-mail me the answer to the following question wins: After the initial demise of Culture Club, from what film did Boy George score his first Top 40 solo hit? (Name the film and the song, please.) Send your answer here.
