That is one awful photoshopping job.
The head is the wrong size and wrongly positioned; the body is not even of the right frame/type/colour. I think some glue and a pair of scissors with two UK "teen beat" mags could make a better version.
Then again, RADAR is crap these day
I think the anser to your closing question is yes and yes. It is fake and Princed Harry is hot.
Thing is, they don't *need* to PS him, he's very fit and trim and has great abs. Just use one of a zillion photos of him on the beach.
It's not supposed to look "real".
The magazine identifies the model as Justin Estill of Boss Models.
